Dear fellow Alumni:
This past Thursday evening, Mr. Arthur Miller, a great writer passed away. As you well know, Mr. Miller wrote many books, one of which I am very familiar with is "Death of a Salesman". His passing on painfully reminded me of the short time man has on this earth and brought back fond memories of my youth (pre-Civil War), grade 8 English Literature studies at BHS and one of my favourite teachers of all time Mrs. Susan Mouneimneh. "Death of a Salesman" was a reading assignment for our class that year. Sadly, I have not been able to find Mrs. Mouneimneh's name in the present list of staff at BHS. Do you have any idea how she is doing what her e-mail address is, and if she still is a teacher at BHS? In any case, if that information is not available, I wish to post this note just in case she visits the website to thank her for all the contributions to my youth and the enriching experiences Mrs. Mouneimneh and all the teachers at BHS added to our lives and eventually helped make us who we are now.
Cheers especially to my English Literature professor Mrs. Monueimneh (Grade 8 to Graduation), to you too Mrs. Faris (Certificate teacher), and last but not least the creators of this beautiful website. I cannot thank you enough!

Dear All,
Thanks to the 'chain' of Linda & Sarmad, Lori and my daughter Hala, my attention was called to the Message 'Arthur Miller'.
Although the occasion was the sad passing of a talented writer, you cannot imagine how happy I was to know that my contribution to 'Toto's youthful education is still appreciated. Oh yes, I remember reading Arthur Miller's 'Death of a Salesman' well, and also so many happy years spent teaching in BHS - which were - in spite of the troubled situation in later times - some of the most precious and rewarding years of my life. I think it was largely because of the freshness and enthusiasm with which many of the BHS students came to school in those days, and because of the support their parents gave them and their teachers.
I am actually still teaching - never stopped! I am now teaching in UAE University. Many students have passed though my classes since my BHS days, but I still remember those days with extreme fondness - thanks to Toto and all the alumni who made those days so enjoyable.
My thanks also to the creators of this website. As they know, I am terrible at keeping in touch, but this is such a good opportunity for me.

Hi Susmo, Finally, after the failure of the 1st attempt to find you, back in 2004, we have been able to get a message through to you. We're delighted that you have found our website, and hope that you have had some time to navigate through the various pages. We hope that now you will take the time to register with us so that we can keep you up to date with what's going on, and our various activities. You'll find the registration page at www.bhs70s.com/aboutyou.php. I also hope that Hala will read this and register too, even though she probably wasn't at BHS during the 70's. I would like to thank Lori and Hala for making the effort to get Toto's message to your attention. Best wishes, and hope to hear from you soon. Sarmad
